Ack! Don’t fret. So did I…and I was a featured ADHD expert!

Before I get too far ahead of myself, let me fill you in on The ADHD Awareness Expo. It’s a free online event run by my good friend and colleague Tara McGillicuddy of ADDclasses.com. It showcases lots of resources for the ADHD community, and features tons of video interviews with big-name ADHD experts.

Some of my favorite speaker videos include:

  • Ari Tuckman, Psy.D. on ADHD, Sex and Intimacy
  • David Nowell, Ph.D. on Self-compassion for Adults with ADHD
  • Melissa Orlov on ADHD Relationships
  • And ME, Coach Jennifer Koretsky, on the Importance of a Success Mindset for Adults with ADHD!

Now, here’s the problem…I needed to tell you about The ADHD Awareness Expo LAST WEEK, while it was happening! Unfortunately, I spent most of last week sick in bed. (Actually, I should say that I spent as much time as I possibly could in bed while still caring for three kids! Trust me, last week really sucked.) So I missed The Expo, and I didn’t get to tell YOU about it, either.

But wait! There IS good news…

I emailed Tara yesterday and explained to her that while I didn’t get a chance to blog about the Expo last week, I really wanted to, and that I was hoping it wouldn’t be too late for ADHDers to register and get all these wonderful free resources. Luckily, she told me that The Expo is still open, and it’s still free!

So please go visit The ADHD Awareness Expo NOW, before it really is too late! I hope you take advantage of this great resource, and that you enjoy the videos with ADHD experts.

Oh, and please do leave a comment here to tell me what you thought of my video on creating a success mindset for ADHD. Did the topic resonate with you? Do you feel that you have a success mindset, or do you feel limited by your ADHD? I’d love to hear from you!
