The mission of ADHD Awareness Week is to educate the public about ADHD by disseminating reliable information based on the evidence of science and peer-reviewed research. You can learn more at the ADHD Awareness Week website.
I’m taking part in two ADHD Awareness events this week:
- I’ll be presenting a free webinar on Overcoming the Chronic Overwhelm Associated with Adult ADHD for ADDA’s Multi-day Webinar Series with Top ADHD Experts that runs from October 15-17! My webinar takes place Tuesday October 16 at 7pm EDT, and there are a number of other webinars before and after. ADDA is offering these educational webinars to the public free of charge in honor of ADHD Awareness Week. Register here.
- You can catch my video on Using a To-do List as a Tool for Managing Adult ADHD at the ADHD Awareness Expo! My video will be released on Thursday night, and there are many other videos you can watch before then.
I hope you’ll join me at these free events!
